Ingredients
- Palak(spinach)- one bunch (boiled and pureed)
- Onion-1 cup finely chopped
- Tomato- 3 no’s finely chopped or pureed
- Paneer/cottage cheese -1 cup(Cut into small cubes )
- Garam masala-1/4Th tsp
- Chili powder-to taste
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
- Jeera powder-1/4Th tsp
- Heeng
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-3 tsp
Procedure
- Take a Pan and Add one tsp of oil
- When the oil is hot add the paneer cubes
- Fry the paneer pieces on 'medium' heat till they turn slightly brown
- Keep paneer aside
- Add 2 tsp of oil in the pan
- Add jeera, and heeng
- Add the onion and cook them till golden brown
- Then add the chili, coriander,jeera,garam masala powder
- After a minute add the tomatoes
- cook till the oil shows up
- Add the palak puree
- Cook for 5-10 minutes then add the fried paneer cubes
Garnish it with lots of fresh green chili and coriander leafs serve hot with rice or roti
