Ingredients
- Cauliflower (Gobi)- 1 no( Chopped into small forest)
- Potato(Aaloo)- 2-3 no (boiled , peeled and chopped into big cubes)
- Onion-1 1/2 cups (Chopped)
- Tomato-1 cup (chopped)
- Garlic- A pod
- Ginger-1/2 tsp(shredded)
- Heeng- a pinch
- Jeera-1/4 tsp
- curd-1 cup
- Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
- turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
- coriander powder-1/4 tsp Jeera power-1/4 tsp
- chili powder-to taste
- salt-to taste
- oil -3 tsp
Procedure
- Heat oil over medium heat
- Add the jeera and heeng
- After jeera splutters add the chopped onions and garlic
- cook the onions till they turn golden brown
- Add garam masala,cumin and coriander ,turmeric and chill powder
- cook for a minute
- add the tomatoes and ginger
- cook till the oil shows up
- add the curd
- stir for a minute
- add the cauliflower
- cook until the cauliflower becomes cooks well
- you may close the lid if you would like the cauliflower to be very tender
- Add the potato
- Add salt
- cook for 5 minutes
Garnish it with lots of chopped coriander leafs and green chilies
